    Several reports and dashboards are available in the AR Collections module.

    Next Collection Contact report

    This report pulls in the record with the latest Next Contact Date for all open invoices that have a Contact Note associated with them.

    This report is a collections letter that can be sent to the Customer listing past due invoice information.

    This report displays a list of past due invoices, by Customer, and includes Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Expected Date, Expected Amount, Original Amount and Current Balance.

    Customer - Summary Aging

    This report lets you view, print, or save a summary of each Customer's total payments due, divided into three time periods. The report can be used to decide when to issue reminders, to evaluate a Customer's credit worthiness, or to prepare liquidity analyses.

    The AR Collections dashboard provides a list of all Customers to which non-Customer are assigned.

    Unprocessed Payments

    Specifies imported bank transactions for payments that are not yet reconciled in the Payment Reconciliation Journal page. Selecting the Unprocessed Payments tile opens the Payment Reconciliation Journal.     Field Name Description
    Match Confidence Specifies the quality of the automatic payment application on the journal line.
    Transaction Date Specifies the Date when the payment represented by the journal line was recorded in the bank account.
    Transaction Text Specifies the Text that the Customer or Vendor entered on that payment transaction that is represented by the journal line.
    Transaction Amount Specifies the Amount that was paid into the bank account and then imported as a bank statement line represented by the journal line.
    Applied Amount Specifies the Amount that has been applied to one or more open entries.
    Difference Specifies the difference between the amount in the Statement Amount field and the amount in the Applied Amount field.
    Document No. Specifies the Document Number of the open entry to which the payment is applied.
    Description Specifies the Description on the open entry to which the payment is applied.
    Due Date Specifies the Due Date on the open entry to which the payment is applied.
    Account Name Specifies the Name of the Customer or Vendor to which the payment is applied.
    Account Type Specifies the Type of Account that the payment application will be posted to when the worksheet is posted.
    Account No. Specifies the Account Number that the payment application will be posted to when the worksheet is posted.
    Shortcut Dimension 1 Specifies the code for Shortcut Dimension 1, which is one of two Global Dimension Codes that are set up on the General Ledger Setup page.
    Shortcut Dimension 2 Specifies the code for Shortcut Dimension 2, which is one of two **Global Dimension Codes that are set up om the General Ledger Setup page.

    Average Collection Days

    Specifies how long Customers took to pay invoices in the first three months. This is the average number of days from when invoices were issued to when Customers pay the invoices.

    Next Contacts

    Displays a list of tasks (Next Contacts) that are outstanding for the logged-in user.

    Invoice No. Specifies the Invoice Number.
    Contact Date Specifies the Date for which this contact was made with the Customer.
    Expected Date Specifies the Date payment is expected to be received from this Customer.
    Expected Amount Specifies the payment Amount expected to be received from the Customer for their invoice.
    Note Specifies a Note for this contact.
    Next Contact Date Specifies the Next Date to contact this Customer if the invoice(s) are not paid.
    Created By Specifies the User who created this Collection Contact Record.

    Outstanding Invoices

    Displays a list of outstanding invoices by Customer.

    Field Name Description
    No. Specifies the Number of the invoiced entry or record, according to the specified Number Series.
    Customer No. Specifies the identifying Number of the Customer related to the invoice.
    Customer Name Specifies the name of the Customer associated with the Customer No. and invoice.
    Currency Code Specifies the unique identifier of the currency code on the invoice.
    Due Date Specifies the Date on which the invoice is due for payment.
    Amount Specifies the total Amount, in the currency of the invoice, of the amounts on all the invoice lines. The Amount does not include tax.
    Amount Including Tax Specifies the total of the Amounts, including tax, on all the lines on the document.
    Remaining Amount Specifies the Amount that remains to be paid for the Posted Sales Invoice.
    Created by User ID Specifies the User ID that created the document.
    Location Code Specifies the Code for the Location from which the items were shipped.
    No. Printed Specifies how many times the document has been printed.
    Closed Specifies if the Posted Sales Invoice is paid. The check box will also be selected if a Credit Memo for the remaining amount has been applied.
    Canceled Specifies if the Posted Sales Invoice has been either corrected or canceled.
    Corrective Specifies if the Posted Sales Invoice is a corrective document.

    Displays a list of all Customers to which the currently logged in User is assigned.
